X-MEN: Days of Future Past...Wolverine de Clawed?

The first image in this new clip shows Wolverine all tangled up and sinking to a seemingly watery grave but it also reminds me of X-Men issue 25 when Magneto rips the Adamantium from his skeleton...

Looks like movie Logan might be a little less heavy metal wonder if this means we'll also get the more feral, bandana wearing 'no-nose' Wolverine which I personally liked (especially compared to the grumpy uncle Avenger he's become)
