The ORIGINS of the SPACE KITTENS.

 The SPACE KITTENS 1-2-3-4 comic strip that appears in SCHEME COMIX (issues 1 & 2 available now) is based on a solid gold punk band (of the same name) I used to regularly go see in various dives and hot spots of Glasgow in the mid 90's (I first saw them support the mighty MAn or Astroman in Nice&Sleazes). Now thanks to the interweb you can click here and listen to the sounds of the 'real' Space Kittens.
Although the Space Kittens as a band are no more Shona now plays with the excellent NANOBOTS and Penny is a regular contributor to the equally excellent TEAM GIRL COMIC.
